PLEASE NOTE: Penny Pincher Gazette aggregates printable and electronic grocery coupons from six separate coupon distributors. While we make every effort to allow users to manage all their searching and printing from this site, in most cases software and printing problems will need to be addressed by the original coupon distributor. The support links below will help you determine where your support request should be directed to and help you get your message there.

If you are having any of the following issues, confirm that your system is supported by the coupon distributor.

  • One or more of the coupon print plug-ins is not installing.
  • I have installed the coupon print plug-ins, but am still unable to print coupons from one or more distributors.
  • I am able to print coupons, but am getting different coupons than what I selected.
  • I would like to make a comment or complaint about one of the coupon distributors.

If your computing environment is supported and you still need help, contact the appropriate coupon distributor for help.

Addressing Software and Printing Problems with one or more Coupon Distributors.

First check to see if your computing environment is supported by the coupon distributor you are having problems with. Supported computing environments for each distributor are listed below. If your computing environment IS supported and you are still having trouble, please send a support request to the appropriate coupon distributor.

Coupons.com

  • Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista, XP, 2000, and Windows 7 when used with Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1+, Netscape 8+, Chrome 2+, Opera 10+, Safari 2+ and most MSN and AOL browsers.
  • If you are unable to print when using an MSN, AOL, or CompuServe browser, please try printing your coupons using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Coupon printing is also supported on Macintosh OSX 10.4 or higher when used with Safari 2+ and Firefox 2+.
  • Coupon printing is not supported on Linux or WebTV.

Coupon Network

  • Windows 2000 when use with any of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6.x , 7.x and 8.x an Firefox 2.x and 3.x.
  • Windows XP, Vista an Windows 7 when used with Internet Explorer 6.x, 7.x and 8.x (64bit), Firefox 2.x and 3.x, Chrome 3.x and Safari 4.x.
  • Mac OS X and above when used with any of the following browsers: Safari 2.x, 3.x or 4.x, Firefox 2. and 3.x.
  • Coupon printing is no supported under Linux, Unix or Web TV platforms.

SmartSource

  • Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, and partial support for Windows 7 OS
  • Macs running OSX 10.4 (Tiger), 10.5 (Leopard), and 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
  • While we are in the process of being certified for OSX 10.7 (Lion), most Lion users have not experienced any issues.
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher, Firefox below version 3.5, Safari, Chrome, AOL (but not through AOL dial-up)
  • You must have Java version 1.5 or above installed. With Firefox 3.6 you must have Java version 1.6 or greater.
