Apricot & Brie Turkey Panini

Enjoy immediately!


• Multigrain ciabatta bread
• Apricot jam
• Brie cheese
• Sliced Turkey
• Unsalted butter


1. Preheat the panini maker (or skillet) to medium-high heat.
2. Spread the apricot jam on one side of the sandwich.
3. Lay the brie cheese out on top of the jam.
4. Layer the Land O’Frost turkey on top of the cheese.
5. Top with the other half of the sandwich.
6. Spread a small amount of butter on both sides of the outside of the sandwich.
7. Place on the panini maker (or skillet, flipping halfway through) and cook until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
8. Enjoy immediately!
